You can marinate them prior to cooking, top with cheese,
add balsamic vinegar toward the end of cooking for a
nice blast of flavor.

I first discovered how great turkey burgers are while I was attending
Chair Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu. The food there is amazing.
They had a full salad bar and these gorgeous turkey burgers with two
variations. I never considered a turkey burger on a salad but
I wanted to add some protein and so I tried it.
AMAZEBALLS!
You will love them too. Use the traditional bun,
top a salad, serve with tons of green beans or veggies of your choice,
add to a grain bowl, I could go on and on……

add 1 lb. of 93% ground turkey and 1 lb. of ground pork to a big bowl.
use beef, turkey, pork, sausage, salmon, tuna,
any combination of these work well
I use mushrooms, red peps, and onion but you can use anything you like here.
add 2 eggs, ~ 1/2 cup bread crumbs (plain or seasoned), salt/pepper.
then use a a potato masher (works really well) to combine.
using a 2″ scoop, I use 3 scoops for an ~ 6 ounce burger
but you can make whatever size you wish
then press flat (these containers came from my mom
but you can just use your hands to form the patty.
