This may seem like a lot of work but if you plan ahead,
you can enjoy indulging without spending too much
money, and you are in total control of every ingredient
on your plate. This is just the beginning………….
I added cucumbers, yellow peppers, and mushrooms
because I had them in my refrigerator and I just wanted
a salad loaded with tons of veggie goodness to feel full
without feeling bloated and weighed down. Add whatever
you like here….red onion, red or green peppers, edamame,
cabbage, shredded carrots, whatever you can imagine
will work.

can be your dinner TONIGHT!
crispy oven-‘fried’ chicken prepped in a buttermilk marinade
and coated with herb-y panko breading
CSA share included mixed greens, romaine, baby romaine,
tomatoes, and strawberries
Create a new salad every time and you will never be
bored with the same old weekly rotations!
